KARANAGAHAKE

Starting at Karangahake Hall, walking up to the Windows. The tunnel has four openings (windows) which look down on the spectacular river gorge far below. 

Continue through a mine drive and following the Waitawheta River right through to Dickey Flat via Waka Cave (mind your head!).

A torch is recommended for the cave

Reutrn is back the same way.
