Roy Alred Williams MNZM is a former NZ track and field athlete who won gold in the decathlon at the 1966 Empire Games and Commonwealth Games in Kingston. Roy will talk about his life and times, his passion for sport, ecercise and his friendship with the late Sir Peter Snell.
