Postshop Best in New Zealand

Te Aroha Postshop / Kiwibank has taken out the New Zealand Customer Service Award.
Manager Karla Gage was presented with the award at the July Retail Roadshow in Auckland.
"New Zealand Postshop / Kiwibank have a mystery shopper programme in place which is run monthly. The shoppers visit the stores to evaluate the product knowledge and service skills," she said. "As a team the Te Aroha ladies take great pride in providing the Te Aroha community with excellent service."
The Postshop / Kiwibank network consists of over 320 stores nationwide, so it is a great award to win to recognise the excellent service provide at the Te Aroha Postshop, said Ms Gage.
She said the they have a positive team spirit and a passion for the customer.
"Working for New Zealand Postshop/Kiwibank is a great challenge because of the wide range of products and services that we offer. It is very important that all my team are kept up to date with changes being made and new products being released to ensure that we give our customers the correct information."
The Te Aroha team have a total of 24 years' experience between them and they are really pleased with the results that have been achieved.
"We would like to thank the community for their continued support," Ms Gage said. |
